Allguard has run a successful Control Room for over 30 years, starting off with just alarms and progressing very quickly to CCTV via ISDN lines. We then moved to ADSL/Broadband connections later on with the TeleEye CCTV range and have now moved on again to advanced analytics running through the Tether system. This links into our preferred NVR/DVR units, the SPRO range but we can also monitor many other systems as required.

What does it cost to run?
Many people nowadays are worried about their energy usage. Allguards monitoring box only costs around £15 per year to run and is the equivalent of an energy efficient laptop.
Our Monitoring Station
We run the cloud based GDPR compliant Tether platform. This enables us to monitor from anywhere in the world in an instant, however, we operate from our dedicated Control Room based in Sheerness.
